ATS.

Applicant Tracking Systems

A caucasian female sits at a laptop. She is smiling at the camera. She is ready too start work on ATS-friendly CVs.

Firstly, what is ATS?!

More and more recruiters are turning to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to make their life easier.  These programs scan CVs looking for keywords which match the desired experience and characteristics of the employer’s ‘ideal candidate’.

The successful CVs or applications are then ordered and only the best are passed onto a human for final selection.

Sounds great if you’re a recruiter, right? However, it can be bad news for applicants if you don’t know how to write your CV in a way to pass this screening process. Luckily, I do and I’ll do the hard work for you!

Click here to find out more.

ATS are programmed to search for keywords in your CV, but how do we know what those keywords are? These are generally found in the job description itself and I will ensure that the right keywords are in your CV, to keep the ATS happy. The hard part can be making sure your CV still reads well aside from those magical keywords. Again, I can do this for you.

Together we can ‘beat the bots’ and get your CV or application seen by a human.  After that, it’s up to you to impress your potential new employer.
